We love to make personal connection with our clients before the wedding day or engagement sessions by having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with them. Since Mary and Ryan don’t live in Chicago, we only had a chance to meet them once via FaceTime and our plans to break the ice before the session failed when the coffee shop closed much earlier on that Sunday.

When we approached Mary and Ryan at the parking lot of Grosse Point Lighthouse we were greeted with huge smiles and hugs. Right at that time all my worries disappeared and for the moment I felt as if I connected with a long lost friend. Mary and Ryan are genuinely wonderful human beings and seem to be able to warm any stranger’ heart with their smiles. We spent couple of hours at the shores of Lake Michigan in Evanston capturing few intimate moments they shared with each other.
